Update; called the restaurant and spoke with someone very understanding and completely fixed the issue, very grateful for their great customer service…Just ordered a veggie pizza for delivery and got a meat supreme. Stopped into this Toppers about a week or so ago on a Saturday evening. I had a wonderful experience. The young lady at the front counter was very polite and helpful. The young men in the back were working really hard. They were not slacking nor appeared lazy at all. Everybody in that store was working. Great customer service! I will definitely return.

Food always comes quick and hot. I’ve ordered dozens of times and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. They never forget my topperstix sauces which keeps me coming back since their sauces are the reason I prefer toppers over other chains. The boom boom sauce and garlic parmesan sauces are amazing. Definitely recommend trying them if you hvnt already. They also have great deals on their app
